Project Manager
Despite all my experience, ideas and future career ladder and everything I had in my head in that times, it happened I had to become a Project Manager in one of my 2 projects. It was a super great, new and hard in the beginning experience. The project I managed was very big and old, we had a lot of countries, which in case of any problem wrote to me. Everything was circling on the last stage - support. That is why I had to split my time into 2 projects where I'am a QA and where I'm a PM. My new errands was so different in comparison with previous one so I was feeling a little stress. As it turned out the PM work is completely different in the whole development life cycle. Being a PM I gained new vision of the client, their's problems, desires and perceived new price of the money and time. For that time the last 3 words (client, time, money) were that started my day and ended it down. So what I actually had been doing:
- Full communication with client via email and call;
- Investigation of client's tasks and issues, communication them to the team;
- Tasks estimation and agreement
- Provided support in the CMS (Magento, Typo3);
- Identified and communicated to the client project risks
- Work with time&finance management system;
- Team's time management;
- Organizational processes management (internal meetings, team's issues resolving, bug and task tracking system management, production releases scheduling, etc);

QA Engineer
I work as an engineer for quality assurance for almost 3 years. I love my work so much, but at the same time, progress is needed. And I found it interesting to know deeper how it works behind the scene. I have obtained a basic knowledge in the university but it's a so little piece in this world of programming. So I started from the HTML and CSS. The further the more interesting. JavaScript became my first strong language (despite on a couple of lessons of C++ in the first curses of the university). You may ask "why front-end" - my answer will be - it's exciting, and you always can see the result on the browser. Moreover all people over the world could see what you made, isn't a pleasure? I believe it is. Please find below a list of duties that I do every day.
- Functional testing, cross-browser testing, usability testing, regression testing;
- Experience in testing CRM and web-sites based on CMS Magento 1, Magento 2, typo3, Drupal, Jahia etc.
- Creating test cases, checklists, bug reports, verification and maintenance;
- Writing of user’s manual;
- Work with the development team to continuously improve application;
- Work with bug tracking system Redmine;
- Also, have a practical background with graphical editors: analyze, processing and editing of mockups, raster and vector images, SVG icons;

So please find below a list of my skills and knowledge which are acquired on the study and at the work:
- Planning and organizations of project
